It is the honor of my life to serve as Founder and CEO of The Colors of Love.

Growing up in a small Massachusetts town, I have first hand experience of what the adverse effects of discrimination and hate crimes against the gay community truly are. I also know that having had accepting parents and a network of supportive friends who love me unconditionally, was not the norm.

​

There is much work to be done before the gay and transgender communities will ever find acceptance. We live in an opinion based society – shared on social media and relished by broadcasting platforms that offer corporate opinions as “news.” . Here, The Colors of Love chooses to be a platform of truth authenticity, tolerance, and unconditional love.

 

It has become an anthem of my life that people be treated with kindness and respect.
